Scope of application:
Needle flame tester, suitable for household appliances, machine tools, electrical appliances, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, industrial instruments, information technology equipment, electrical affairs equipment, electrical connectors, accessories, lighting, low voltage device, and other electronic equipment and its components, components of the research, production and quality inspection department, but also suitable for color edge materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials industry applications.
Product Overview:
The combustion testing machine is designed and manufactured according to the relevant provisions of IEC60695, GB5169,GB11020,UL94 and other standards. It simulates the impact of the flame in the early stage when the fire occurs around electrical and electronic products, so as to assess the fire risk through simulation technology. It is mainly used to determine the non-combustion performance of the test sample for plastic or film and other non-metallic material parts under horizontal or vertical combustion directly at the specified fire source. To judge the fire resistance grade of the test material (HB, V, VMT), the device uses imported high-precision digital display instrument to automatically time, monitor the temperature, large observation window, beautiful appearance, set a number of similar products at home and abroad, stable performance, simple operation and easy adjustment.
