Main technical functions:
1. It can conduct type tests on the hub motor system (or mid-mounted motor system), using servo motors to provide load force to simulate road conditions, and people riding to provide riding power. It can also collect and record the input, output and parameters of the built-in power-assisting motor and sensor of the hub motor system (or mid-mounted motor system) through the CAN acquisition card, draw the power-assisting motor work and tire total work curves, so that users can query, record and correct the motor power-assisting performance;
2. It can conduct riding experience tests on the mid-mounted motor system. The test bench is equipped with a riding bracket, handlebars (instrument fixing, riding grip), and a height-adjustable saddle. It uses pedal force as the driving force, uses servo motors to simulate loads, and can simultaneously test the output of the mid-mounted motor system and the parameters of the built-in power-assisting motor and sensor;
3. The test bench can test the motor load power, speed, torque, voltage, current, torque, speed and other items of the power-assisting motor during riding, and draw various characteristic curves. The test equipment uses a computer control system to monitor a torque sensor, and the direct-drive torque sensor is 200N.m;
4. This test bench is controlled by a P4-class industrial computer, with a 17-inch LCD display and single-station detection. The computer system will collect, record, store and display the test data and results of each project, and provide computer software with convenient operation, flexible adjustment, and intuitive and clear human-computer interface.
