Scope of application:
Paperboard ring edge strength testing machine is an indispensable test instrument for paperboard and corrugated paperboard manufacturers as well as relevant scientific research colleges and testing institutions. In the aspect of paper, paper tube and other packaging materials, can carry out a variety of paper quality tests, namely ring pressure (RCT), flat pressure (FCT), edge pressure (ECT) adhesion (PAT) and general compression (CMT), such as 5 kinds of tests, is a combination of multiple functions in one material testing equipment.
Operating procedures:
1. Prepare the sample:
1 Determination of the sample position: select a non-scarred sample from the scattered position of the same batch of materials;
2 Sample production: cut the sample width 127+01mm and length 1520+0.2mm;
3 Number of samples: more than 10 pieces in the vertical and horizontal directions;
4Standard state of the sample: before the test, it shall be placed in a state of temperature 23+2°C and relative humidity of 60±5% for more than 24 hours
2. Setting of upper and lower safety protection devices:
1. The functions of the upper and lower limit devices mainly include: A. Prevent the upper platen from falling to hit the lower platen or test flat fixture, and damage the load cell; B. As long as the touch plate of the upper platen touches the upper limit setting button or the lower limit setting button The upper platen will automatically stop; c, the upper and lower platens or the distance between the upper platen and the test fixture can be adjusted.
2. First, fix the upper and lower limit fixed blocks in proper positions;
3. The upper limit setting button should be set at a position sufficient to allow the upper platen to place the sample test fixture or sample. The lower limit setting button should be set so that the upper platen is lowered to the upper and lower platens or the upper platen and the test fixture The position where they do not collide with each other;
4 Loosen the screw of the upper limit or lower limit setting button to move the setting button to move to the position and must be tightened to touch.
