All sizes of cookware are tested for impact strength in accordance with CMA EN12983-1 standard.

This test bench is used to test handles of cookware according to the requirements of EN 12983-1

The fixture can be adjusted arbitrarily to adapt to the size, height and shape of the cooker

Handle impact resistance tests can be run quickly and efficiently

Equipped with a handle impact push-pull gauge for easy observation and recording

experiment procedure:

1. Fix the processed sample and place it on the horizontal test bench;

2. Fix the traction steel wire and the handle of the pot, and adjust the height of the weight and the impact hammer to hang in the air through the handle;

3. At the same time, adjust the angle of the test bench and the height of the weight and impact hammer so that the handle of the pot is parallel to the traction line;

4. Place the impact hammer at a high position to make a vertical impact with a distance of 150MM;

5. After the number of impacts is reached, place the weight and the impact hammer at the lowest position, and remove the sample to check the degree of damage;
