Main functions:
Through the bending test as the tool bending judgment basis; Design standard: ISO8442. This product can be used for cutting tools, tableware products such as table spoon, fork, table fork, snack knife, meal knife, table knife and other bending test, in order to evaluate the bending performance of cutting tools.
Steps:
1. Fix the processed sample on the fixture so that the knife surface is parallel to the parallel guide block;
2. Move the angle ruler and adjust the center line of the ruler to be parallel to the center line of the angle ruler;
3. Hang the weight under the knife tip fixture, turn the handle until the weight hangs in the air, hold it for 10 seconds, remove the weight, and check its bending angle. If it exceeds 3°, it is unqualified.
