Product Introduction:
The sponge falling ball rebound testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6670-2008, in accordance with ASTM D3574 and IS08307 test standards and in accordance with the test method of SESN3296 for automobile seat cushion in Japan. It is suitable for testing the falling ball rebound of soft polyurethane foam. Through the steel ball with given diameter and quality falling freely on the foam sample at the specified height, the instrument calculates the percentage of the ratio between the large height of the steel ball rebound and the falling height of the steel ball, namely the rebound rate, and the rebound rate represents the resilience of the foam. The machine uses microprocessor to control, LCD Chinese display, and can print test data. The machine has the characteristics of reliable use and high measurement accuracy.
