Features：

1.The system adopts a four-column, three-plate structure. The vertical accuracy of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide sleeves, achieving a parallelism accuracy of less than 0.08mm between any point on the lower and upper working surfaces.

2.It uses an adjustable positioning cylinder, ensuring high bottom dead center positioning accuracy and a repeatability of less than 0.01mm. Cutting depth pressure, cutting stroke, pressing time, and closing height can all be adjusted by the customer.
