Product introduction:
This instrument is used to measure the twist of various yarns. The instrument performance complies with the new national standard GB2543.1~GB2543.2-2001 "Determination of the twist of textile yarns", the international standard IS02061 "Direct counting method for determining the twist of textile yarns" and the former Ministry of Textile Industry standard FJ547 "Test method for natural color air-spun cotton yarns" and the national industry standard FZ/T10001 "Determination of the twist of air-spun yarns - untwisting and twisting method".
Main structure:
This yarn twist meter is mainly composed of control box, tension mechanism, yarn insertion frame and data processing system.
1. The control box is equipped with yarn clamps and various function switches. The right yarn clamp is directly driven by a micromotor.
2. The tension mechanism adopts a horizontal mechanical loading tension method, and its tension is arbitrarily adjusted by weights according to the requirements of the test method.
3. The yarn insertion frame can be freely installed and adjusted by the user to meet the test requirements.
4. The data processing system mainly consists of an internal computer, a display and a printer.
