Product introduction:
This instrument is used to remove the sample yarn on the bobbin with a yarn frame for the determination of yarn density (or count) and yarn breaking strength test. The performance complies with GB/4743 "Determination of yarn linear density by skein method". The whole machine has a simple structure, and the control system is composed of PIC single-chip microcomputer, reliable software system and advanced integrated circuit. PWM technology is used to achieve a wide range of stepless speed control, and the number of turns display operation key uses touch buttons, which is very convenient to set the number of turns. The software is used to control the automatic deceleration of the last two turns and stop at a fixed position.
The scope of application of the yarn length measuring machine also includes the following aspects:
