Equipment principle
1. The contact angle measuring instrument is mainly composed of light
source, injection unit, acquisition system and analysis software. The
equipment adopts the principle of optical imaging. The light source
adopts dense LED cold light design, which emits light evenly, cleans
the image and has a long service life;
2. The injection unit adopts the manual knob type to drip accurately, the
drip is stable and the precision is high; the acquisition system adopts a
miniature industrial grade microscope, CCD camera, stable shooting,
clear images, real and reliable, the lens adopts industrial grade
configuration, and the imaging is free from distortion;
3. The analysis software is powerful, with one-button automatic fitting
ability and fitting method, which can meet the fitting of various
droplet shapes.
