For curved baselines formed by special shapes or structures on material surfaces, manual mode can be used for measurement. This general-purpose multi-functional video optical contact angle meter utilizes droplet shape analysis technology to analyze the wetting properties of thousands of material surfaces. The fully automatic tilting stage and video system are software-controlled, automatically recording the droplet shape changes, tilt angle, and position movement during tilting, and automatically measuring relevant parameters such as roll-off angle, advance angle, and retreat angle.
