Test Method:
1. During the test, fix the frame to the testing machine according to the standard specifications. The position of the dummy fork can be manually adjusted to fit the frame size.
2. Fix the frame and dummy fork to the loaded front axle, and fix the rear dropout to the rear axle, locking the rear axle retaining block.
3. Secure all adjustable parts to prevent loosening during the test, which could affect its execution.
4. Set the required test force and number of tests on the computer.
5. Adjust the maximum allowable deformation of the frame and front fork. If this deformation is exceeded, the machine will alarm and automatically stop the test.
6. Start the test program. The machine will automatically stop the test and retain the results once the set number of tests is reached or the specimen is damaged.
