Working principle:
The crossflow blade balancing machine is mainly composed of a suspension bracket, a host, a control box, a measurement and analysis system, etc. The specific working process is as follows:
1. Install the blade to be tested on the suspension bracket and start the host through the control box.
2. The host will rotate the blade, and the measurement and analysis system will collect the operating data of the blade.
3. The measurement and analysis system analyzes the collected data and calculates the balance and adjustment amount of the blade.
4. The control box instructs the host to adjust until a balanced state is reached.
