Product Structure:
The furnace shell of this series of electric furnaces is made of thin steel plate through folding and welding. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral lining made of silicon carbide refractory material. Heating elements, made of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire wound into a spiral shape, are inserted into the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the inner furnace lining. The furnace interior is a sealed structure. The furnace opening bricks and door bricks are made of lightweight refractory material. An insulation layer of refractory fiber and expanded perlite is constructed between the inner furnace lining and the furnace shell.
The furnace door is fixed to the furnace panel by hinges. The door rotates freely. To close, rotate the handle to engage the door hook, and the door will fit snugly against the furnace opening. To open, simply rotate the handle to release the hook and place the door on the left side.
All muffle furnaces in this series adopt an integrated structure. After purchase, users can directly connect the power supply to begin heating the furnace.
