Structural Overview:

The testing machine mainly consists of three parts: the main body, the hydraulic control box, and the force measuring instruments.

1. Main Body: The main body of the testing machine is connected to the cylinder and the upper beam by four columns. A lead screw allows for adjustment of the machine's height. The lower pressure plate rests on the piston of the cylinder. When the specimen contacts the upper pressure plate, the ball seat of the upper pressure plate self-adjusts to maintain balance, keeping the specimen horizontal. The lower pressure plate has engraved lines for specimen positioning; the specimen must be aligned with these lines during testing. A dust cover is installed under the lower pressure plate to prevent or reduce dust from entering the cylinder during piston movement, which could damage the cylinder or oil seals. A sealing device is installed between the piston and the cylinder to prevent oil leakage. However, if a small amount of oil leaks from the piston during use, an annular oil groove with a drain channel at the top of the cylinder will drain the oil back to the large oil tank.

2. Hydraulic Control Box: The control box of this testing machine mainly consists of an oil tank, oil pump, oil filter, electric motor, and fully automatic digital constant loading system. The oil pump is a direct-rotation axial five-column pump.
