Test principle:
Support the assembly at the rear axle connection point so that it can rotate freely around its rear axle in a vertical plane. Place the front fork on a flat steel anvil so that the frame is in its normal use position. Fasten a 30kg mass on its seat tube, and make its center of gravity on the axis of the seat tube and 75mm above the top surface of the seat tube. Rotate the assembly around the rear axle so that the center of gravity of the 30kg mass is directly above the rear axle, and then let the assembly fall freely on the steel anvil.
Anvil hardness | HRC≥50 |
Anvil adjustable distance | ≥500mm (convenient for testing vehicles of various sizes) |
Height gauge | 0-500mm |
Height gauge resolution | 1mm |
Power supply | AC220V, 50Hz, 5A, 200W |
According to standard | GB 14746-2006 4.7.2;ISO8098;EN14765 |
