Dynamic balancing testing machine

The dynamic balancing testing machine is a machine that measures the size and position of the unbalance of a rotating object (rotor). It performs corrections based on the measurement results to improve the mass distribution of the balanced rotor and reduce the vibration of the journal or the force acting on the bearing when the rotor is running，as small as specified. The mechanical system of the dynamic balancing testing machine is mainly composed of two major systems: the drive system (which drives the tested rotor to achieve the required balancing speed) and the swing frame system (which supports the balanced workpiece and causes it to produce the force under the action of unbalanced force vibration).
